A melancholy soul. Things of the heart touch me deeply, things of the earth are fleeting. The soul reaches out, reaches down; stirring strong emotions. In this state I am aware, alert and in tune with life.
Susan Boyle’s rendition of ‘You Have to be there’ touches something deep inside of me. I don’t see it as sadness but as a searching for the heart of God. He is there, we just have to reach for Gods hand and feel his mercy and grace.
In Don’s Alzheimer’s I sensed something more than just his calling out to me, it was a calling out to something deeper; calling for peace, for clarity, for God’s love.
Beautiful!!
